Rise & Run, an IPG Health company, announced today that Laura Florence has joined the team as Chief Creative Officer. In her new role, she will partner with President Linda Bennett to guide the creative direction for the agency and its clients. Together, they will develop innovative, multichannel marketing solutions that integrate strategy, creativity, and technology.

With a career spanning three decades, Laura has worked with major brands and industry leaders such as Kimberly-Clark, Mondelez, Procter & Gamble, Nike, and Jeep. She brings a unique blend of creativity, data-driven strategy, content expertise, and business acumen to her role. Laura excels in navigating the complexities of the DTC and HCP sectors while adhering to regulatory guidelines, producing groundbreaking work that drives change and impacts behavior. Her career highlights include serving as a juror at prestigious award shows like One Show (Jury President in 2024), LIA, Clio, and Effie Awards. She has twice judged at the Cannes Lions Health Grand Prix for Good and has been a mentor for the See It Be It program. Before joining Rise & Run, she was Executive Creative Director at Havas Life São Paulo.
Laura is known for her passion for social impact, mentoring emerging talent, and fostering a culture of inspiration and innovation. She is dedicated to advocating for women and creating more leadership opportunities for women in the creative industries.
