Ekin Caglar, formerly the head of agency tech at Publicis Groupe, has transitioned to the newly established T&Pm as its global chief technology officer. This move marks a significant hire following the recent merger of The&Partnership with mSix&Partners, forming T&Pm with a core commitment to integrating AI into its operations.
With eight years of experience at Publicis Groupe, including tenure at BBH, and a background in digital strategy at esteemed organizations like the Bank of England and Boots, Caglar brings a wealth of expertise to his new role. As global CTO, he will be responsible for overseeing all technology operations, ensuring connectivity between media and creative teams, and leveraging emerging tech advancements to their fullest potential.
Caglar expressed enthusiasm about T&Pm’s vision to redefine agency operations in an AI-centric landscape while prioritizing exceptional customer experiences. He stated, “To achieve this vision, T&Pm must not only optimize its operations with technology but also infuse every aspect with AI. I am thrilled to join T&Pm to pursue this ambitious goal. It’s bold, it’s innovative, and it’s precisely what our industry needs.”
Jack Swayne, a partner at T&Pm, emphasized the increasing influence of AI across client models and internal operations. He highlighted the collective expertise of Caglar, Caroline Reynolds (newly promoted global chief performance officer), and Oliver Feldwick (global chief innovation officer) in integrating AI-powered technology to meet clients’ marketing objectives.
Caglar will collaborate closely with Reynolds and Feldwick as T&Pm accelerates its global expansion efforts and continues to advance its innovative approach to client solutions.
