The Data and Marketing Association (DMA) has selected Tony Miller, former Vice President of Digital Marketing and CRM at Disney EMEA, as its new chairman.

Having served on the association’s board since 2020, Miller will succeed Stephen Maher, who completes his four-year term as chairman.

Assuming his new role on July 1st, Miller aims to advance his vision for the DMA, focusing on empowering marketers and promoting best practices for brands, agencies, and suppliers.

“Data and marketing are pivotal to our endeavors, driving our industry’s growth,” remarked Miller. “Through our collective expertise, creativity, ethics, and technology, marketing influences every facet of our interactions. Our members fuel its evolution through resources, relationships, and advocacy with government and regulators.”

With nearly eight years as Managing Partner at Havas Helia preceding his tenure at Disney, Miller brings extensive industry insight to his new position.

DMA Managing Director Rachel Aldighieri commented, “Under Tony’s guidance, the DMA will continue to equip today’s and tomorrow’s marketing leaders with the knowledge and confidence to champion marketing’s value in the boardroom, navigate shifting data, technology, and ethical landscapes, and foster the development of the next generation of marketing professionals in the UK.”
