Independent Spanish Media Agency, EQUMEDIA, Integrated into Serviceplan Group’s Mediaplus

The leading independent Spanish media agency, EQUMEDIA, is now being seamlessly integrated into the Serviceplan Group through its media agency subsidiary, Mediaplus. In this transition, the Spanish media agency will be rebranded as Mediaplus Equmedia, marking its integration into the largest independent agency group in Europe. Simultaneously, Alma Mediaplus, the existing media agency of Serviceplan Group in the Spanish market, will be renamed Mediaplus Alma.

Serviceplan Group is renowned for its technological prowess and holds a strong position in the media landscape through Mediaplus. Additionally, it is home to one of the world’s largest creative agencies and boasts a leadership role in the digital and technology sector via Plan.Net.

With the integration of Mediaplus Equmedia, the group gains access to considerable volume, extensive capabilities, and over three decades of experience in media planning and buying within the Spanish market. Mediaplus Equmedia is also known for its trading excellence and robust digital capabilities.

This strategic move empowers Mediaplus Equmedia to offer a more comprehensive global communication proposal. It achieves this by closely collaborating with other agencies within the House of Communication in Spain and internationally. This integrated approach, pioneered by Serviceplan Group, reimagines how brands connect with consumers by merging Creativity (Serviceplan), Media (Mediaplus Equmedia and Mediaplus Alma), and Technology (Plan.Net) all under one roof.
