Initiative UK has announced the appointment of Rachel Coffey as its new Chief Strategy Officer. Coffey revealed the news on LinkedIn. Before joining Initiative, she spent over 13 years at Mindshare, where she held various leadership roles, most recently serving as Strategy Partner. In this role, she managed some of the UK’s largest accounts, including M&S, Unilever Beauty, and EON Next.
In her new position at Initiative, Coffey will lead the strategy team. She is the first senior hire by the new CEO, Will Spence, signaling a bold new direction for the agency.
