Kent Wertime, an Ogilvy stalwart with over two decades of experience, has been appointed as the global CEO of Ogilvy One. His tenure at Ogilvy includes leading the Ogilvy One division in Asia and serving in top management roles, including his ongoing position as Co-CEO of Ogilvy APAC.
The revamped leadership team at Ogilvy One boasts prominent figures such as Roberto Fara, taking on a new global role in creative experience alongside his duties as Chief Creative Officer of Ogilvy Spain. The team is further strengthened with key regional leaders and specialists, including Rajesh Midha (NoAm), Clare Lawson (EMEA & Chief Client Officer), Ab Gaur (APAC & CEO of Verticurl; Global Chief Data and Tech Officer, Ogilvy), and several others who will drive the brand’s innovative and data-driven creative solutions.
In Australia and New Zealand, Ogilvy One’s operations will engage about 200 individuals, collaborating closely with Bower House Digital and Verticurl to leverage their data and marketing technology prowess. Jason Davey, Ogilvy’s Chief Experience Officer, will spearhead Ogilvy One’s efforts in these regions, emphasizing the unique capabilities Ogilvy One brings to its clients.

The team consists of approximately 3,800 experts worldwide, working across various disciplines to serve an impressive roster of both B2C and B2B clients, including leading global brands like IBM, Mondelēz, and Coca-Cola.
