Pot Noodle is embracing its iconic status with an eccentric new commercial that emphasizes how ‘Nothing Satisfies Like a Pot Noodle’.
Crafted by the London-based creative agency Adam&EveDDB, the advertisement depicts an office scene where colleagues react with a mix of amusement and mild disgust to the blissful slurping sounds of one employee enjoying a Chicken & Mushroom Pot Noodle.
Presenting Pot Noodle as the ultimate choice for convenient on-the-go lunches, the brand recently made headlines amid a dispute with discount retailer Aldi over perceived similarities between Aldi’s own-brand ‘Mumbai Mad Boy’ snack and Pot Noodle’s ‘Bombay Bad Boy’ flavor.
This campaign follows the brand’s peculiar “Nothing Fills a Hole Like a Pot Noodle” ad from last year, which brought attention to Britain’s road conditions by filling potholes with the instant snack.
With a firm tongue-in-cheek approach, the campaign garnered multiple award nominations and even won a Bronze Grand Prix at the 2023 Cannes Lions.
