Jessica Vincent Takes Charge As President At Cornett, Owner Christy Hiler Becomes CEO

Independent advertising agency Cornett has announced the promotion of Jessica Vincent, previously the VP/Director of Brand Strategy, to the role of President. In her new capacity, Vincent will primarily focus on nurturing client relationships, while owner and former President Christy Hiler transitions to the position of CEO.

With Vincent taking the helm as President, Hiler aims to leverage her expertise to strengthen existing client connections, enabling Hiler to concentrate on crafting innovative business strategies that drive agency growth. Hiler will continue to serve as the face of Cornett in both the community and the industry, championing its expansion efforts.

Vincent brings a unique blend of business acumen and creative prowess to her new role, with notable experience in areas such as experiential marketing, cause marketing, and sponsorship activations. Her diverse portfolio includes managing clients across various sectors, including sports, entertainment, tourism, health and wellness, and education.

Among Vincent’s career highlights are securing prestigious accolades such as Guinness World Record and Shorty awards for UK HealthCare, along with securing the coveted LEGOLAND partnership for Cornett. She values the collaborative relationships she builds with clients, viewing them as instrumental in driving mutual growth and achievement.

Under Hiler’s leadership, Cornett has garnered national and international acclaim, earning accolades such as inclusion in Adweek’s Women’s Trailblazers List and recognition at the National Addy Awards. Notably, the agency has expanded its client roster to include prominent names like Busch Light and Legoland. Cornett’s commitment to excellence is further reflected in its recognition by Ad Age as one of the best small agencies, as well as its consistent inclusion in the Kentucky Chamber’s list of Best Places to Work.

In addition to her contributions to Cornett’s success, Hiler is passionate about fostering diversity and inclusion within the advertising industry.
