Weber Shandwick Appoints New UK Head Of Strategy

Andrew Lopez, previously serving as Senior Vice President of Brand Strategy at Weber Shandwick, has been promoted to the position of UK Head of Strategy. In his new role, Lopez will be responsible for overseeing brand strategy across all business practices within the agency.

Weber Shandwick highlighted that since joining the company in April 2022, Lopez has demonstrated his ability to deliver market-leading strategies for a diverse range of clients while also contributing valuable insights to new business pitches. As UK Head of Strategy, he will work towards enhancing integration among the strategy teams in London, Manchester, and Scotland, and will play a key role in strengthening collaboration among The Weber Shandwick Collective clients.

Prior to joining Weber Shandwick, Lopez served as the Head of Strategy at Ogilvy PR, where he worked with renowned clients such as Bacardi, Mondelez, and Google. In his new position, he will report to Gen Kobayashi, the Chief Strategy Officer for EMEA at Weber Shandwick.
