Former chief creative officer at Digitas, Emma de la Fosse, is set to join Edelman UK in the same role starting from July. Taking over from Mattias and Stefan Ronge in the UK, de la Fosse will oversee a team of 60 people and collaborate with Edelman’s strategy, digital, and experience teams. Reporting to Ruth Warder, the CEO of Edelman UK, de la Fosse’s appointment reflects the agency’s focus on creativity and its integration across various areas such as sustainability, purpose, employee experience, and B2B.
With her extensive experience in digital and creative leadership, de la Fosse brings a wealth of knowledge in effectively engaging audiences through innovative approaches across multiple channels. Having previously worked at agencies like Digitas and Ogilvy, de la Fosse recognizes the evolving expectations of customers who now evaluate brands based on their actions, not just their messaging. She believes Edelman is uniquely positioned to address these challenges and partner with CMOs and CCOs to develop cross-platform brand campaigns that resonate with diverse audiences.
Edelman’s commitment to fostering creativity, coupled with de la Fosse’s expertise, aims to propel the agency’s ability to deliver impactful and engaging communication solutions in the ever-changing landscape of brand building.
